Then we start with the bodywork 16.08.11

Then we start with the bodywork 16.08.11:

Here was the the bodyshell when I got it,

After a bit creativity with a grinder.

Holes in the bodywork

Now I have the bodyshell in the shop.

Looks like a cheese

Bought 16mm plastic pipe, which I bowed and sat down at the edges of the body. This is because electricity is not going to be visible.

Then the tubes in place. Now we start with the plasticwork.

Then one side ready, with the first layer

Now it's time to mount the sidepods.

After a bit of grinding with the grinder, so it looks to be a good fit

.

Need to see so that the height is right on both of them, before I put them in place.

Then I have plastic coated them in the back, and will continue up front.

Then the front completed.

Then it was just to wrap the last so they are completely wrapped in the body

Now that all the hard work is done, Now it remains that sand putty the top and sides.

When we take new strength and continues today....

Was to putty up the edges so sidepod then follow the body line.

Now for the hood. When I got the hood the dashboard was missing so I got hold of one. So now it shoulde only plastic it in place.
Put it in place to ensure that it is straight.

The result was good. I set it so it leans a little towards the driver.

The time was very, and I walked out of sandpaper. So continuation of the morning.
